Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, making sure to remove or cover any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
